*BACKORDERED ITEMS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS HAVE A LONGER LEAD TIME*
Interstellar Audio Machines will repair or replace, at its discretion, a product that fails to operate due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase with an original proof of purchase.
This applies only to original purchasers who have bought their product from an authorized Interstellar Audio Machines retailer or from our own storefront. Repaired or replaced products will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term.

All-Pedal also guarantees this product to be free from defects in workmanship and performance for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date. Repaired or replaced products will then be warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term.
To initiate warranty service, please contact sales@allpedal.com. Please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from All-Pedal before returning your product. Include with your returned product a written description of the problem as well as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, RA#, and a copy of your purchase receipt clearly showing the purchase date. This warranty gives a purchaser specific legal rights. A purchaser may have even greater rights depending upon the laws of the jurisdiction within which the product was purchased. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returning a product that has been modified or in used condition applies a restocking fee or refusal of the return.
